Comments: Hello, I would just like to thank you for the documentary dvd which I just bought and watched last night. I served in Afghanistan in 2007 where we lost 6 members of our company to an IED and then a month later an old basic buddy of mine was killed also by an IED. I appreciate your sons commitment and I'm sorry for your loss, I hope as many people can watch this as possible so they can get a slight understanding what it was like over there and to show people that we were just normal people doing an abnormal job.

Comments: Dear Hani and Jihan and Mary, and your extended families,
I learned about If I Should Fall through a link posted by a Facebook friend 10 days ago, and after visiting the site for the DVD, immediately ordered it.
It arrived today and I waited until tonight to view it. It is beautiful, powerful, heart-warming, heart-wrenching, and a wonderful tribut to Marc all at the same time. I am recommending viewing it to all my friends, and especially those in the Trenton-Belleville area, where it will be shown soon.
I'm also urging all who can do so to purchase their own copy in support of Marc's dreams and your tribute to him through the Marc Diab Children's Foundation.
I know Marc's brothers- and sisters-in-arms will never forget him, nor will any who are able to view this wonderful documentary.
With every blessing to you all, Brian

Comments: To the Diab family...I received my copy of "If I should Fall" today and couldn't wait to watch it. I was Marc's Sqn clerk over in Afghanistan, at that time I was a Cpl. I think about Marc all the time, the movie brought tears to my eyes as I remember the horrible day. Thank you for sharing the side of Marc that none of us knew.

Comments: Dear Marc...
I watch the film IF I SHOULD FALL and read about you on your website. I can feel you were a person with a big heart. As I know now some of your family members, I know they are very proud of you. I try stopping at Petawawa Madameek restaurant every time I travel between Quebec and Ontario. You are an example of a good human being and I understand your desire to be a Soldier.
R.I.P. We Will Remember you!

Comments: Marc, Hani and Jihan, I was thinking of Marc and all of the Diab family this last weekend when we celebrated Leliefontein. I was hoping we might meet again but understand. Unfortunately I had to depart for Ottawa for meetings right after the parade and didn;t have time to stop at the restaurant for a meal. I watch "If I Should Fall" whenever I think of how brave you all are, which is often, and I thank you all for accepting me into your family. You will never leave my thoughts nor will any of the other Dragoon families whose sons gave their lives for their country. Darrell

Comments: Remembering Marc today. I feel a great connection to Marc even though we never met. I am honoured to say that my crew were the first step in his repatriation to Canada. Our formation of Griffon helicopters responded shortly after the IED went off. We were the first helicopter assets on site and although we had initially landed to evacuate the wounded, a MEDEVAC Blackhawk landed shortly after us and took them. The boys then loaded Marc on board and we took him back to KAF. I will never forget the look in their faces and the respect they showed to Marc. He was in Canadian hands from the time he died until he was back on Canadian soil, and I feel honoured to have been a part of that. Rest in peace Marc.
